I’ve been writing for many years, starting out at County College of Morris in New Jersey with a course in Journalism.  Since then I’ve written and had published, five novels for Virgin Books under a pseudonym (Savannah Smythe) and one ghostwritten book for Abi Titmuss in 2005. If you want to find out more about my work, my website is hollowhillspublishing.blogspot.co.uk

After a long break I began writing contemporary women’s fiction, and in 2012 self-published The Cloud Seeker, which is available on Amazon in both Kindle and paperback formats.  In 2014, my long-in-the-creating novel, Closer Than Blood, was also self-published, and it is available on Amazon and Smashwords, both as an entire novel and a trilogy – it’s quite a chunky read!

As a self-published author, writing sometimes feels secondary to marketing, advertising, proofreading and editing, but it can be exciting for those willing to stick with it.  Follow my blog to feel my pain at failure and exultation at success, the errors I’ve made and the useful tips I have learned along the way. As I’ve said before, I screw up so you don’t have to.

In 2017 I will begin writing my third novel, again set in the Chilterns, but at the moment I am concentrating on writing shorter stories as Savannah Smythe.  So far I have two M/M erotic romances available. Lexington Black and Docklands Diamond are widely available and romances of the very hot and sticky kind…
